A key component of our workshop is the introduction of the "Label-athon" initiative.
A hands-on session dedicated to showcasing our cutting-edge active learning workflow for particle
picking from Cryo-ET images.
This workflow would involve human-in-the-loop approach which with the help of participants would allow
us to interacts with machine learning algorithm to actively refine our model and create multi-particle
curated datasets.
By contributing to this dataset, participants will not only gain practical experience in particle
picking but also have the opportunity to be co-authors of a groundbreaking publication.
